Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Sign in to your account, go to Order History, select the item you'd like to return, and choose “Return or Exchange.” We'll email you a free prepaid return shipping label for eligible items.

• Gift cards
• Personal care and hygiene items that have been opened
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Custom or personalized products

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
